The role involves managing a team of pediatricians, physician assistants/nurse practitioners, and care coordinators, practicing in a state-of-the-art clinic with on-site lab and imaging services, and offering home and telemedicine options. Responsibilities also include developing a network of subspecialists, collaborating with emergency medicine specialists, fostering strong patient-family relationships, engaging in continuous learning and research, leveraging support systems like pharmacists and technology, and utilizing in-office lifestyle services.
