The Pedodontics Patient Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for patients at a dental office, providing customer service, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing records, coordinating with dental staff, processing insurance and payments, and responding to patient inquiries. The role requires 2–3 years of receptionist or customer service experience in a dental office, with 1–2 years of pedodontics experience preferred, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
