DOCK is seeking an internship for a peer coach in Zaanstad to support secondary-school students at risk of dropping out. The role involves motivating students, helping them set and achieve personal goals, supporting their self-confidence and social development, using tailored coaching techniques, completing Solution-Focused Coaching training, recording progress, and participating in peer supervision. Applicants should be enthusiastic students in an HBO Social Work or Pedagogy program, with empathy, discipline, independence, flexibility, and a willingness to learn. The internship includes training, peer supervision, one-on-one conversations, written feedback, and a Solution-Focused Coaching certificate.
