Sonder is hiring a part-time Peer Practitioner for its Harm Reduction & Integrated Care portfolio in Edinburgh North, with occasional travel to Port Adelaide. The role provides peer support to individuals, families, carers, and supporters across the full spectrum of care for people undertaking in-home withdrawal, including engagement, retention, motivation, and stability. The practitioner will draw on lived experience of alcohol and other drug use and recovery, work with multidisciplinary clinical and peer colleagues, and contribute to person-centred, supportive treatment outcomes.
