Santé Group is hiring a full-time Peer Program Assistant to support members of a behavioral and mental health center in Germantown, Maryland. The role includes facilitating peer-to-peer support and group activities, orienting new members, maintaining attendance and program data, coordinating activities, answering telephone calls, and performing clerical and center-operation duties. Candidates must have lived experience with mental illness, substance abuse, or a co-occurring disorder, obtain WRAP and NAMI Connection Support Group Facilitator certifications within six months, and obtain Peer Recovery Specialist Certification or willingness to be certified within one year. The position pays $20.00 to $22.00 per hour and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
