Description
The Peer Recovery & Family Support Specialist provides direct, strengths-based peer support to individuals and families through office, community, virtual, and home-based interactions. The role assists participants with goal planning, recovery coaching, resource and system navigation, family strengthening, group facilitation, community connection, documentation, and team participation. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, relevant helping-profession experience, strong communication and documentation skills, a valid New Hampshire driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel throughout the service area. The position pays $22.00 per hour.
