Description
The Peer Review Associate manages and supports the end-to-end peer review workflow for assigned journals through Sage Track, from manuscript submission and reviewer assignment through production export. The role monitors workflow efficiency, coordinates editors, associate editors, authors, reviewers, and Sage staff, resolves queries, maintains tracking records and performance reports, troubleshoots system issues, and supports the launch of new Sage Track journal sites. It requires a bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of experience in academic publishing, scholarly communications, peer review operations, editorial management, or a related field.
