Access is hiring a Peer Specialist for its OnTrackNY program serving adolescents and young adults with psychosis in Middletown, New York. The role provides non-clinical peer support, relationship building, family and community engagement, recovery-oriented treatment planning, group facilitation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. It requires NYS Peer Specialist certification or the ability to obtain certification within one year of hire, knowledge of local recovery resources, and willingness to work in community and participant homes. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, with late shifts ending at 6:30 p.m., and pay is $20 for no certification, $21 for provisional certification, and $22 for full certification.
