CASES is hiring a full-time Peer Specialist for its Nathaniel Clinic in the Bronx. The role supports justice-involved individuals with serious mental illness and/or substance use disorder through person-centered goal planning, care coordination, advocacy, crisis intervention, harm reduction, wellness and relapse prevention planning, and mobile outreach. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, active Certified Recovery Peer Advocate status, at least 18 months of relevant peer-support experience, lived treatment experience, and computer and electronic health records proficiency; Spanish fluency is preferred. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a stated salary of $53,045 for credentialed candidates and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
