The role includes advocacy, mentorship, recovery support, group facilitation, treatment-plan assistance, crisis intervention, outreach, and interdisciplinary care planning. Candidates need CPR and First Aid certification, a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist certification, relevant experience, and a valid driver's license; a high school diploma or GED and prior peer-support experience are preferred.
