Varberg Municipality is hiring one Peer Support Worker for the Unga Vidare project, which supports young people aged 18–29 who are not in employment or education. The role involves individual and group meetings, workshops, social-skills training, leisure activities, and coordination with other agencies. Evening work may occur, and the position is fixed-term from 2027-01-01 to 2028-12-31. Peer supporter training is desirable but not required, while experience supporting young adults outside employment, education, or established settings is preferred. Applicants must be able to prove the right to work in Sweden.
