Community Counseling Solutions is hiring a Peer Support Specialist in Pendleton, Oregon, to provide peer counseling, support, rehabilitation, and crisis assistance to clients and families while collaborating with clinicians and other staff. The role includes documentation, group activity support, transportation, and participation in clinical meetings and supervision. No minimum education or experience is required, but the individual must have attended peer support training and work toward Oregon Peer Certification. The position is 1 FTE non-exempt, expects 40 hours per week, and pays $21.15–$30.53 per hour depending on experience, with a potential 10% bilingual increase and a $5,500 hiring bonus available until 10/31/26.
