DeCoach Recovery Centre is hiring a Peer Support Specialist to work out of its Xenia location and provide direct client services for families involved with the Ohio START program and Greene County Child Services. The role supports child safety, family empowerment, community resource connection, crisis intervention, case-plan input, and coordination among providers. Candidates must have a GED or higher, Ohio Peer Support Specialist certification, an active Ohio driver's license, at least two years of substance use disorder recovery, no ongoing criminal activity, and relevant child welfare or system-navigation experience.
