Chrysalis Health is hiring a part-time Peer Support Specialist for a field-based behavioral health role supporting individuals with mental health or substance use recovery. The specialist will provide peer mentorship, community-based support, WRAP assistance, care coordination, documentation, and crisis response while maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries. The role requires lived recovery experience, a high school diploma or GED, at least 1,000 hours of related experience, peer support certification or active pursuit, and the ability to travel throughout the community in Florida.
