GGz Breburg is hiring a Peer Support Worker for its youth crisis unit serving clients aged 14–21. The role uses lived experience to support clients and their social networks, help formulate and evaluate personal goals, advise on recovery and rehabilitation, and contribute to quality policies and peer expertise. Applicants need a completed MBO level 4 or Associate Degree level 5 qualification in peer expertise in health and social care, personal experience with psychiatric vulnerability or recovery, recovery-oriented experience, and practical recovery-supportive care experience. The position requires availability of 24 hours per week and a driver’s license, and offers a gross monthly salary of €2,804–€4,149 based on a 36-hour workweek.
