Mission Australia is seeking a Permanent Full-Time Peer Worker to make a meaningful difference in the lives of Australians in need. This role involves providing one-on-one coaching, facilitating peer support groups, and supporting clients to build confidence, strengthen wellbeing, and achieve personal goals. The Peer Worker will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and deliver peer-led programs, outreach activities, and service improvement initiatives, always centering on client voices and experiences.
