Artech is hiring a Pega Application Support Engineer for a six-month-plus local role in Mt Laurel, New Jersey. The position provides Pega application support, including PDC, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and identify process improvements. Candidates need at least two years of Pega functional or technical support experience, cloud technology experience, experience with Datadog, Splunk, and Dynatrace, and familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
