Citi is hiring a full-time Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst in New Castle, Delaware, to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities. The role partners with management, product owners, and technology leads to define and implement application enhancements, conduct architecture and integration reviews, support cloud-based Pega deployments, and coach mid-level developers and analysts. It requires extensive Pega, cloud, migration, integration, and development experience, along with a relevant bachelor’s degree and LSA certification.
