Truist is hiring a Pega Workflow Systems Engineer to lead the architecture, design, integration, optimization, governance, and operational stability of enterprise workflow solutions using the Pega Platform. The role partners with business and technology stakeholders, provides technical leadership across architecture and integration strategy, and mentors engineering teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, five years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and training, along with information systems knowledge. Preferred qualifications include Pega certification, enterprise workflow experience, integration and cloud technologies, and regulated financial-services experience.
