Description
The Pega Lead System Architect will lead technical strategy and the design, architecture, and development of scalable low-code Pega applications. The role works with product owners, business analysts, peers, and other engineers; identifies Pega feasibility limits; advocates for best practices; and mentors developers while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. Candidates should have Pega certification at the Lead System Architect or Senior System Architect level, several years of software development experience including 3–4 years in Pega application development, broad technical knowledge, object-oriented expertise, Agile and Scrum experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and English proficiency.
