Bytes is hiring a Penetration Tester for its Assurance Testing team within Cyber Consulting. The role delivers penetration testing, Cyber Essentials, and Cyber Essentials Plus services to customers; manages engagements; supports scoping and proposals; conducts quality reviews; maintains vulnerability databases; and collaborates with sales, account management, and technical teams. Candidates should have a BSc degree or three years of relevant experience, one to three years of penetration testing or security experience, one year of penetration testing consulting experience, and a reputable penetration testing qualification or Cyber Essentials Assessor status. The position also requires BPSS or HMG SC vetting clearance, strong communication, customer focus, and the ability to adapt to a fast-moving security landscape.
