Description
Blue Sky Group is hiring a Pension Services Customer Advisor to advise pension members, pensioners, and institutions by phone, email, video, and in-person; process pension changes and quality tasks; calculate entitlements and benefits; and contribute to system testing and process-improvement projects. The role requires at least two to three years of customer-focused experience, Wft Basic, strong Dutch and English, and HBO-level working ability, and offers a hybrid work environment with a monthly salary of €3,000 to €4,700 based on 40 hours.
