DHL Group is hiring a Pensions Governance Executive to support the governance and operational management of its UK Pension Plan. The role coordinates Trustee Board and Pensions Operations Committee activities, maintains governance documentation, supports risk management and compliance, manages governance projects, and works with advisers, administrators, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. It is based in Bedford with relocation to Milton Keynes from January 2027 and requires hybrid working of 1–2 days per week in the office. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or relevant pensions experience or qualification, at least four years of pensions governance or similar experience, and strong knowledge of UK occupational pensions governance, legislation, and regulatory requirements.
