PEO Implementation Specialist at niural

Niural is hiring a PEO Implementation Specialist to own client implementations from kickoff through go-live across payroll, PEO, EOR, contractor, and Canada payroll. The role serves as the primary client contact, collects onboarding information, coordinates internal setup across payroll, benefits, tax, global operations, engineering, sales, and customer success, tracks milestones and risks, supports payroll and employee data accuracy, prepares clients for launch, and conducts handoffs to Customer Success. The position requires at least two years of implementation, onboarding, payroll, HRIS, PEO, EOR, global payroll, or client operations experience, along with strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
