Description
The People Advisor for Poland oversees end-to-end HR operations for the company’s Poland workforce, including employee relations, onboarding and offboarding, payroll administration, employment contracts, compliance with Polish employment law, health and safety, local people strategy, culture and values, engagement, benefits, performance management, and mobility and immigration support. The role requires at least three years of progressive HR experience, knowledge of HR best practices and Polish employment regulations, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and fluency in English and Polish.
