Deepgram is hiring an early-career People Operations Engineer to partner with the People & Talent Team and build AI-powered workflows, agents, and integrations that automate manual people processes. The role focuses on creating scalable onboarding experiences, answering questions, initiating processes, connecting with HRIS and other internal systems, prototyping with real users, establishing human-in-the-loop controls, and measuring improvements in efficiency, employee experience, and process quality.
