Description
Capgemini is hiring a People Analytics Analyst to maintain and improve existing Power BI dashboards within an HR/People Analytics environment. The role focuses on troubleshooting complex DAX, Power Query, and data models; validating data quality and numerical accuracy; supporting preparation and validation with Python; and working with Power Automate, SharePoint Lists, Excel, SQL, and HR systems such as Workday or SuccessFactors. The position requires 4 to 6 years of experience, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and fluency in English and Spanish, with close interaction across stakeholders in the United States, India, and Latin America.
