Description
The People Analytics Analyst supports the accurate, timely and secure delivery of people data, reporting and analytics products. The role prepares and validates HR and related data, maintains recurring reports, dashboards, KPI outputs, scripts, data feeds and automated processes, investigates reporting issues, contributes to data governance and quality controls, and communicates workforce trends to stakeholders. The position requires strong Excel, Python, Power BI and Power Automate skills, data modelling and governance knowledge, and experience with recurring reporting or automated data products. It is based in Manila with a hybrid workplace policy allowing up to 40% remote work.
