Dott is hiring a People Analytics & Development Partner (Level 8) in Amsterdam to lead people analytics and learning and development. The role owns HR analytics dashboards, engagement and pulse surveys, HRIS data quality, AI-driven reporting, workforce planning, and learning effectiveness; it also supports scalable learning journeys, coaching culture, vendor management, and strategic people initiatives. Candidates should have at least five years of experience in people analytics, HR business partnering, or learning and development, experience with modern HRIS platforms, strong data skills, and experience in a fast-paced or scale-up environment.
