Coinbase is hiring a People Analytics Intern for a 12-week summer 2027 internship within its People Success Function. The intern will analyze employee lifecycle data, apply AI tools, prototype workflow automations, support ad hoc reporting, improve dashboards, and help translate data into executive narratives. Candidates must be pursuing an analytical degree or certificate and have experience analyzing data with spreadsheets; familiarity with data visualization tools or basic SQL is a plus. The role is hybrid and pays $40 per hour.
