Description
Takeda is hiring a People Analytics Manager to own the administration, governance, testing, releases, usability, and adoption of employee listening and workforce analytics platforms. The role supports HR, People Analytics, HR Technology, and business stakeholders through survey administration, data quality and security, platform support, training, documentation, issue resolution, and enhancement requests. It requires at least five years of relevant experience, familiarity with HR technology and reporting tools, and a hybrid work model with at least 10 days per month of on-site attendance in Santa Fe, Mexico City.
