Grupo QuintoAndar is hiring a senior-level People Analytics specialist for its technology-enabled real estate ecosystem. The role focuses on solving complex and ambiguous analytical problems related to organizational and workforce challenges, designing predictive models and experiments, translating findings into actionable business decisions, and partnering with HRBPs, managers, and leadership. The team operates in a remote-first model for technology and remote-first roles, with candidates able to live anywhere in Brazil and optionally work from São Paulo offices or partner coworking spaces up to twice a week.
