Dulcedo is hiring a People & Culture Advisor to serve as an in-person advisory resource for its 100+ employees across Canada and the United States. The role focuses on employee relations, manager coaching, performance and compensation reviews, onboarding and offboarding, policy development, employment-law compliance, and BambooHR reporting. It requires 3 to 5 years of HR experience, strong employee-relations and manager-coaching ability, bilingual French and English proficiency, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Quebec and Ontario employment standards knowledge is required, while U.S. employment-law familiarity is advantageous.
