DISH is hiring a People & Culture Business Partner to support managers and employees across the employee lifecycle, including engagement, performance management, talent development, organizational change, learning and development, people analytics, onboarding, offboarding, and recruiting support. The role requires broad People & Culture experience, knowledge of German employment law, project and stakeholder management, and fluent English and German. It offers a hybrid work arrangement, including up to 30 days working from abroad in Germany, and an annual salary of approximately 55,000 to 60,000.
