INFICON is hiring a People & Culture Business Partner to partner with business leaders, coach teams, support workforce planning and talent management, advise on compensation and promotions, champion inclusion, ensure compliance with Liechtenstein and Swiss employment law, and use people data and analytics to support digital transformation. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least six years of progressive People & Culture experience including three years as a Business Partner or advisor, experience in agile technical or commercial organizations, strong coaching and facilitation skills, and fluency in German and English.
