AEFCU is hiring a full-time People & Culture Business Partner – Retail in East Hartford, Connecticut, with a hybrid schedule requiring 3–4 days in the office. The role supports recruiting, team member relations, communications, benefits, compliance, HRIS and LMS administration, onboarding, performance management, and branch engagement across 16 Connecticut branches. Compensation is $80,000–$90,000 annually, and the posting requires at least five years of experience managing multiple business units as a generalist, advanced HRIS and LMS knowledge, applicant tracking system experience, and a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
