Superloop is hiring a People & Culture Business Partnering Lead for Sri Lanka to lead the Business Partnering function and act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders. The role covers workforce planning, organizational design, talent and succession planning, leadership development, employee relations, change management, and enterprise people initiatives, while overseeing Business Partners and the broader People & Culture team. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, at least 10 years of progressive human resources experience, and at least 5 years in a senior partnering role. The position offers a hybrid arrangement of three days in the office and two days from home.
