Description
The People & Culture Coordinator supports recruiting operations and onboarding by coordinating interviews, managing candidate logistics, preparing onboarding materials, tracking new-hire progress, maintaining HRIS records, and assisting with compliance, credentialing, internship, and immigration processes. The role also supports employee engagement, internal communications, and HR process questions. It is intended for someone early in their HR career and requires 2–4 years of HR coordination or recruiting support experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information; HRIS and ATS experience and a bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field are preferred. The position pays $28–$38 per hour and does not offer visa sponsorship.
