Mons Royale is hiring a People & Culture Manager in Wānaka to lead day-to-day people practices across recruitment, people operations, culture, employee relations, and compliance for its office and retail teams. The role partners with hiring managers and business leaders on talent strategy, global mobility, onboarding, performance and salary reviews, employee development, engagement, people processes, metrics, payroll support, and policy compliance. It requires generalist HR experience, international-market experience or willingness to learn, strong recruitment and communication skills, and comfort with people systems and data.
