River Island is hiring a People & Service Team Leader to support store operations, manage a retail team, and improve the customer journey. The role includes duty managing product and operations, supporting the People & Service Manager, driving sales and KPIs, maintaining visual and operational standards, developing the team, and handling compliance, stock replenishment, floor resets, and customer feedback. It is a part-time 30-hour maternity-cover position until February 2027 and requires previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisor role, along with strong communication, interpersonal, motivational, and time-management skills.
