Foundry Robotics is hiring a People Operations Manager to own the people infrastructure for salaried technical and commercial staff and an hourly, shift-based shop floor. The role runs Rippling as the system of record, automates onboarding, offboarding, provisioning, reporting, payroll, benefits, leave, immigration, and multi-state compliance, and owns headcount, attrition, retention, and other people data. It requires hands-on Rippling configuration, at least five years of People Operations experience including support for an hourly or shift-based workforce, strong data and AI automation skills, discretion, and American citizenship. The position is 100% in-person in Emeryville, California, with a base salary of $140,000–$175,000 USD plus equity and benefits.
