MoneyHero Limited is hiring a People Business Partner based in Hong Kong to support business growth across Commercial, Business Development, Insurance, Marketing, and Creatory. The role partners with business and functional leaders on workforce planning, organisation design, performance management, talent development, succession planning, employee relations, engagement, retention, and the employee lifecycle, while applying People & Talent policies and employment practices across regional and local contexts. The position requires 6–8 years of progressive People & Talent experience, substantial HR business partnering experience, strong commercial acumen, and excellent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin communication skills; it is a hybrid role.
