Description

The Generalist, People Business Partner at Saks Global supports a dedicated client group and delivers exceptional service to internal and external customers. This role involves building relationships with associates, assisting with employee relations issues, educating leaders on performance management processes, and supporting various HR initiatives such as talent attraction, onboarding, and exit interview facilitation. The position primarily focuses on the on-site Distribution Center in Dallas-Fort Worth.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 2-3 years’ experience in a Human Resources role
Prior experience supporting large onsite facilities
Preferred Qualifications: Excellent customer service skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Enjoys providing guidance and support to large non-exempt onsite teams leading with compassion and empathy
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Basic understanding of major employment laws
Working knowledge of Google Workspace or MS Office (emphasis on Microsoft Power Point), UKG timekeeping, and Workday
Full professional proficiency in Spanish - requiring complete ability to read documentation, translate policies, and write professional communication in Spanish and English.
PHR or SRHM-CP (preferred)
