Meltwater is hiring a People Business Partner to support HR strategy and people operations across Australia, with a primary focus on Sydney. The role partners with business leaders, manages regional talent processes, supports employee relations and performance matters, and drives initiatives such as wellness, DEI, CSR, engagement, and hybrid work. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent HR experience, 2–5 years of HR experience, HRIS experience preferably with Workday, and the ability to work in the office three days per week.
