ZipRecruiter is hiring a People Business Partner III to serve as a strategic, manager-level individual contributor supporting senior leaders across its Tech and Product organizations. The role owns people strategy, workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, employee relations, organizational change, and scalable people solutions, while partnering with cross-functional People teams and influencing decisions at the VP and senior leadership level. It is a hybrid role with most US-based positions available remotely, requires travel to other US offices as needed, and offers a base salary of $130,000-$185,000 USD plus potential equity, bonuses, commission, and benefits.
