Cohere Health is hiring an HR Business Partner in Hyderabad, India, to partner with business leaders on people strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, performance management, engagement, and HR compliance. The role requires 8–10 years of HR experience, including 3–5 years in an HRBP role, along with knowledge of Indian labor laws, stakeholder management, performance and employee relations, and HRIS systems. The posting also includes ISMS responsibilities and prefers an MBA or PGDM in HR, tech or startup experience, and change-management exposure.
