Figure, a robotics and AI company, is hiring a full-time onsite People Coordinator to establish and run People operations for its new São Paulo, Brazil unit. The role owns recruiting operations, onboarding and offboarding, HR administration under CLT, employee records, and employee experience in partnership with local leadership and an external payroll provider. The position requires 4–8 years of HR generalist experience, CLT knowledge, external payroll/BPO experience, recruiting coordination experience, and professional English; the company offers a monthly base salary plus transportation, meal, and health insurance benefits.
