Health Dimensions Group is looking for a People/Culture Coordinator to join their Corporate People & Culture team. This role focuses on creating exceptional employee experiences, supporting payroll administration, onboarding, total rewards, performance management, employee engagement, HR compliance, and various People & Culture initiatives. The coordinator will lead the onboarding experience, coordinate offer letters and orientations, support employee engagement programs, process payroll accurately, assist with compensation and benefits administration, partner with leaders on performance management, maintain HR compliance, track licenses and certifications, coordinate leave of absence administration, and drive continuous improvement efforts.
