CHAOS Industries is hiring a People Data Analyst to join its HR team and use workforce data to improve employee experience, organizational effectiveness, hiring, retention, and people-program performance. The role involves building dashboards, reports, and data models; maintaining HR-system data quality; developing scalable pipelines; analyzing workforce trends; partnering with leadership; automating reporting; and establishing data governance. It requires 3–6 years of data analytics, business intelligence, or people analytics experience, strong SQL, data visualization, Excel/Google Sheets, and communication skills; People Analytics, HRIS, Python/R, statistics, and experimentation experience are preferred. The role offers medical, dental, and vision benefits, a $150,000–$200,000 base-salary range, and other benefits.
