RACQ is seeking a People Data Reporting Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract to improve workforce data analysis, reporting, data governance, self-service dashboards, and People & Culture process efficiency. The role involves analysing workforce trends and data quality, developing reports and Power BI dashboards, supporting evidence-based decisions, improving processes and automation, and partnering with stakeholders. Candidates should have people data or workforce reporting experience, advanced Excel and reporting visualization skills, strong analytics and communication abilities, and ideally experience with Chris21 or another HR information system.
